Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the YoutilityKnock application and related services (the "Service"), provided by Sun Service ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

YoutilityKnock is provided to organizations ("Companies") for their field teams. Accounts are created and managed by your Company administrator. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

2. Acceptable use

Use the Service only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with your Company's policies.
Do not attempt to access data belonging to other Companies or users.
Do not reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the Service or its infrastructure.
Respect the privacy of the homeowners and prospects whose information you record, and follow all applicable do-not-knock, do-not-call, and data protection laws.

3. Your content

Leads, notes, photos, and other data you enter remain owned by you and your Company. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process that content to operate the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to collect and store the information you enter.

4. Service availability

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but it is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sun Service is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

6. Termination

Your Company may deactivate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
